Subject was asked to move along. Peace disturbance on South Point Road. Animal causing the issue was brought inside. Fraud reported in the 300 block of West 3rd Street. Leaving the scene of a crash reported in the 700 block of High Street. White SUV struck a parked vehicle and continued North on High Street.

Day Shift Summary 10/10/2024 Vehicle had been parked on A. Roy Drive for some time and was reported as derelict. It was found to have been reported as stolen out of Oklahoma. Peace disturbance in the 1400 block of East 5th Street. Two male subjects arguing. They were advised to leave each other alone. Non-injury traffic crash on East 6th Street at Washington Avenue. One of the drivers was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. Subject was stopped for a traffic violation in the area of East 5th Street and Westway. The driver was found to have outstanding warrants and was arrested.
